The new hires include Angelo Messore, an expert in Financial services regulation, Fintech and Decentralised Finance (DeFi), Investment funds, as well as Corporate law, M&A and Capital markets, who joins as a Partner, and Roberto Ghio, who brings over 30 years of experience in M&A, Banking and Structured finance and has assisted several Fintech companies in recent years, contributing to the development of some of the most innovative platforms in the Italian market.
