Milan, 19th July 2021 – Lexia Avvocati’s Milan office keeps growing with the arrival of Fabio Luongo, expert in Corporate M&A, Regulatory and Capital Markets.
The arrival of Fabio Luongo increases the expertise of the Corporate M&A department of the Firm. During his career, Fabio developed a consolidated legal experience in buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions involving international listed and non-listed companies and private equity funds as main clients.
Before joining Lexia, Fabio gained substantial experience at Chiomenti and PWC TLS, working in New York, Rome and Milan.
