Milan, May 23, 2022 – The partners of Professione Credito S.r.l. (“Company”), a company with a consolidated experience in the secured financing market, with a particular focus on loans against salary assignment for employees and pensioners, as well as personal loans, have signed and implemented an agreement to transfer a minority stake in the Company’s share capital in favor of Ranova S.r.l., part of the Fincontinuo S.p.A. group, which in turn is controlled by the international funds JZ International and Alpinvest.
