Milan, June 6, 2022 – Lexia Avvocati with a multidisciplinary team – composed of Pinella Altiero and Beatrice Buntin for public aspects, Giuseppe Andrea D’Alessio for finance and corporate aspects and coordinated by Partner Marco Muscettola – assisted Servizi Gestioni Impianti S.r.l. of the S.H.S. Group in the financing transaction by Blu Banca S.p.A. for the construction of nine rooftop photovoltaic plants.

Acting for Blu Banca was Dr. Luigi Marra as the Institute’s credit director. Work on the installations will be carried out by Green Utility S.p.A., which will act as EPC Contractor. For Servizi Gestioni Impianti S.r.l., the relevant internal functions also acted, coordinated by Sole Director Ing. Vincenzo Gallinaro.
