Milan, 3 August 2022 – Lexia Avvocati assisted Global Payments S.p.A., a company of TAS Group and subsidiary of TAS S.p.A., a leading company in Italy in the provision of software and services for banking and financial applications and also active in Europe and the USA, in the acquisition of the entire share capital of Astro.it S.r.l., company active in the management and system integration of software solutions for banking institutions, insurance companies and large enterprises.

Lexia followed the transaction with Partners Francesco Dagnino and Giovanni Battista Bruno, supported by Associate Giovanni Piscopo.
