Jennifer is part of the Payroll department in the Labour section of LEXIA.
Over the years, she has developed expertise in mandatory communications, payroll control, attendance tracking, and managing sick leave, maternity, and other types of leave, as well as submitting Uniemens and F24.
She has worked with various CCNLs and the main payroll software. She holds specialized training in payroll and contributions and a strong legal-administrative background, thanks to her academic studies in labor law.
