Overview

Since the beginning of her professional career, Alice Talpini has focused on family law.

She has developed significant expertise and experience, providing qualified representation in court proceedings concerning separation, divorce, regulation of parental responsibility and child support for non-marital children, modification of orders, protection orders, filiation, termination and limitation of parental responsibility, and adoption, as well as interdiction, incapacitation and court-appointed support administration proceedings. She also provides out-of-court advice on the personal and financial aspects of family matters, working with dedication and sensitivity and always with particular attention to the protection of the individual and the best interests of the minors involved.

She is listed among the lawyers qualified to serve as Special Guardian ad litem for Minors with the Milan Bar Association and serves as Special Guardian ad litem for Minors before both the Ordinary Court and the Juvenile Court by appointment of the Judicial Authority.

She is a member of the Representative Committee of ONDIF (National Observatory on Family Law), Pavia Section.

She collaborates with the online legal journal IUS Famiglie (published by Lefebvre Giuffrè) as an author of case law commentaries on family law.

Before joining LEXIA, Alice worked with leading Milan-based law firms in the sector.
