Multilingual professional with over 20 years of international experience in business consulting and internationalization. Over the past 3 years, she has led international expansion processes for the Isolmec/Coimec Coibentazioni Termoacustiche Spa group. Previously, she managed expansion and internationalization projects for the UCI Ltd & Accountancy in Europe Ltd group, ensuring regulatory, tax, and HR compliance for Italian companies. She has held strategic roles in client management, banking compliance, and global corporate training. With a strong academic background in communication and international business, combined with cross-functional expertise in marketing, institutional relations, and project management, she offers a global vision, operational precision, and excellent communication skills.
After earning two university degrees, in February 2025 she completed the “Executive Program in Sustainability” organized by Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna.
She is fluent in four languages and passionate about sustainability and organizational innovation.
