Alessandro Borsetto is Partner and Head of Tax Advisory at LEXIA and primarily focuses on national and international tax consultancy, international tax planning, and extraordinary transactions.
He assists national and international clients and high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) in the structuring and management of complex tax matters, providing strategic advice on tax planning and the execution of extraordinary operations. Alessandro boasts significant experience in tax litigation and pre-litigation management, as well as transfer pricing and the fiscal aspects of corporate reorganizations. In these areas, he provides strategic and legal advice ranging from tax due diligence to the management of relationships with tax authorities.
During his academic career, he obtained an LL.M in International Taxation at the Vienna University of Economics and Business, further enhancing his expertise in cross-border tax issues. Before joining LEXIA, Alessandro gained significant experience as a Partner at a leading international tax consultancy firm.
