Elisa Adly is an Associate at LEXIA and primarily focuses on advising on ordinary and extraordinary corporate transaction.

Elisa assists clients in managing day-to-day operations with particular focus on due diligence, drafting of corporate documents and assistance in corporate governance matters.

Before joining LEXIA, Elisa gained his experience at leading international law firms, where she developed her expertise in corporate and M&A transactions.

Assistance to the Search Fund White Gate, in the acquisition of the entire corporate capital of TPPAY S.r.l., the first Electronic Money Institution (IMEL) authorized and operating in Italy under Bank of Italy surveillance.

Expert.ai Group multiple investments and acquisitions

Assistance to Expert.ai, company listed on the Italian Stock Exchange in connection with:

• corporate capital increase of up to EUR 20 million;
• acquisition of 100% of the share capital of I.S.E.D. S.p.A., a software house with a long-standing track record in technological innovation for the public sector and regulated markets.
• Joint Venture with Tiscali S.p.A., company belonging to Tesselis Group, listed on the Italian Stock Exchange, to develop an artificial intelligence project with the use of European Union IPCEI Funds.
