Enrico Roberto

Enrico Roberto is an Associate at LEXIA and primarily focuses on advising on ordinary and extraordinary corporate transactions, Private Equity and Venture Capital funds, as well as complex corporate reorganizations.

Enrico assists clients in managing day-to-day operations, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, and provides advice on corporate reorganization projects such as demergers, transformations, and transfers of business units.

Before joining LEXIA, Enrico gained his experience at leading international law firms, where he developed his expertise in corporate, M&A and Venture Capital transactions.
