He has gained extensive experience as a lawyer and general counsel at both public and private multinational companies.
He has developed expertise across various industrial sectors, including telecommunications, end-to-end logistics, freight forwarding, civil and industrial infrastructure, oil & gas, energy, hospital concessions, wholesale & retail, pharmaceuticals, insurance, and biotech.
He has specialized in multiple areas of law, including public and private procurement, M&A, commercial contracts and litigation, compliance with Legislative Decree 231, corporate law, and corporate governance.
He is a member of the Advisory Board of Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan for the Executive Advanced Training Course in Corporate Compliance & Business Integrity.
He has attended advanced specialization courses in various legal fields and is the author of publications in legal commentaries and journals in the field of commercial law.
Previously, he worked with a leading international law firm specializing in intellectual property and corporate law, as well as with a Milan-based boutique law firm founded by a renowned professor of commercial law.
He holds a Law degree from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan.
He speaks Italian and English.
