He has developed deep expertise across a wide range of industrial sectors, including telecommunications, logistics, infrastructure, oil & gas, energy, pharmaceuticals, and biotech.
Giacomo is a member of the Advisory Board of Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan for the Executive Advanced Training Course in Corporate Compliance & Business Integrity. He is also the author of several publications in legal commentaries and journals in the field of commercial law.
Before joining LEXIA, Giacomo gained significant experience at a leading international law firm specializing in intellectual property and corporate law, as well as with a prestigious Milan-based boutique law firm founded by a renowned professor of commercial law.
