Giuseppe Giamportone is a lawyer admitted to the Palermo Bar, working in the fields of tax law, tax criminal law, and in the management of business crises and insolvency.
He graduated in Law from Lumsa University in Palermo with a score of 110 out of 110 with honors, with a thesis in Criminal Procedure Law titled “Cross-examination in criminal proceedings: application issues and reform perspectives.” He earned a Second Level University Master’s degree in “Management and Composition of Business Crisis and Insolvency” at Lumsa University – Palermo campus, with a score of 110 out of 110 with honors, a specialization Master’s in tax law at the “Business School del Sole 24 Ore,” and a specialization diploma in legal professions from Guglielmo Marconi University in Rome.
He is a business crisis manager, registered with the Crisis Composition Body of the association “I Diritti del Debitore” in Palermo, a board member of the Palermo Tax Lawyers’ Chamber, and an external consultant for the Massimario Office of the Second Degree Tax Justice Court of Sicily.
