Ilaria Pavone is an Associate in LEXIA’s Global Mobility & Immigration Team. She provides strategic advice to national and international corporations, high-net-worth individuals, and highly skilled professionals on all legal aspects of their relocation to Italy for work, family, investment, or entrepreneurial purposes.
Prior to joining LEXIA, she gained extensive experience at the leading multinational consulting firm KPMG, where she worked in corporate immigration.
Her academic background in International Studies, complemented by two master’s degrees in Migration Studies and Taxation of Foreign Nationals, enables her to navigate the complexities of cross-border mobility with confidence, offering clients a multidisciplinary and comprehensive approach and seamless coordination with LEXIA’s labor and tax teams.
