Marco Luigi di Tolle was a founding partner of the law firm Tolle Pilia & Associati and has extensive experience in administrative law, with a particular focus on urban planning, real estate law, and public services. He joins LEXIA as Of Counsel, continuing to offer his expertise in administrative and public law.

Throughout his long career, he has advised numerous public entities, including hospital organizations, IRCCS foundations, and ASLs, dealing with issues related to healthcare, urban planning, and the environment. He has been and continues to be a consultant for various municipal and provincial administrations and construction sector operators.

He also served as a legal expert on the Legislative Technical Scientific Committee of the Lombardy Region, contributing to the evaluation of many regional law proposals, and expanded his experience by serving for several years as President of the Milan Building Commission.

Marco Luigi has also held academic roles, such as contract professor of urban planning techniques and estimating at the Faculty of Engineering and Architecture at the University of Pavia. He is currently a member of the Board of Arbitrators of the City of Milan.

Fluent in English and Spanish, he is recognized as a leading figure in administrative and urban law, providing strategic legal solutions to address the challenges of the public sector.
