Marta Scandroglio joined LEXIA as a Partner in the Administrative Law practice.
Her background is in administrative law, where she has built a solid foundation to address regulatory and interdisciplinary public law issues.
In recent years, as an associate at the law firm Tolle Pilia & Associati, she has developed a specific focus on urban planning, real estate law, and public services, maintaining an open and integrated approach across various areas of public law. She has assisted public entities in drafting and negotiating urban planning instruments: conventions and implementation agreements, preparing building regulations and general amendments to town planning regulations (PGT).
She provides preventive legal advice and handles administrative disputes before the Regional Administrative Courts (TAR) and the Council of State, supporting both public administrations and private entities. She also deals with matters in other areas of administrative action, including health services for affiliated entities, tax and fiscal issues of public entities, energy sector matters, and public procurement.
Her teamwork and experience in multidisciplinary contexts have allowed her to contribute effectively to the management of complex projects, addressing legal issues with an open approach and integrating different perspectives.
She holds a Law degree from the University of Milan, is registered with the Milan Bar Association. She has completed specialized training in urban planning law, real estate rights, and public contract law at SOLOM and the University of Milan.
