Marta Scandroglio is a Partner at LEXIA in the Administrative Law department.
Her primary expertise concerns urban planning and building law and the regulatory aspects of administrative activity.
She assists private clients with the development of building projects and with obtaining the authorizations required for economic activities or activities subject to regulation that fall within the remit of the One-Stop Shop for Building (SUE) and the One-Stop Shop for Productive Activities (SUAP). She also assists public entities in drafting and negotiating general and implementing urban planning instruments, in amendments to planning instruments, and in urban planning agreements (PGT – Piano di Governo del Territorio, Building Regulations, agreements).
Marta also has in‑depth expertise in public procurement, tenders and public employment, accredited healthcare services, expropriations, taxation, accounting and the liability of public bodies, and she also handles civil‑law aspects connected with administrative law matters.
In addition to out‑of‑court work, she also handles litigation before the administrative courts and before the ordinary courts in administrative law matters or on behalf of public‑law entities.
Before joining LEXIA, she consistently worked with firms specialized in administrative law and was a partner of the Milan administrative‑law boutique “di Tolle Pilia & Associati,” whose partners have all joined LEXIA.
She is a member of SOLOM (Società lombarda avvocati amministrativisti).
