Martina obtained her Master’s degree in Law from the University of Milano-Bicocca in 2024.
Before joining LEXIA, she gained experience at a leading law firm in Bologna, where she focused on corporate law.
She currently works in the Restructuring, Insolvency and Distress M&A department, primarily dealing with bankruptcy law and corporate restructuring. In particular, she assists both Italian and international debtors and financial creditors in managing complex crisis situations, providing advice on debt restructuring agreements, recovery plans, composition with creditors, and extraordinary administrations.
She also supports funds and financial institutions in investment transactions involving distressed companies, through turnaround initiatives and M&A deals involving distressed assets, including new financing operations.
She speaks Italian and English, and has a basic knowledge of French and German.
