Philip Hoffmann is a professional in the Milan office, specializing in cross-border corporate structuring, international investments and private client and family advisory. With a unique legal background spanning Brazil, Portugal, and Italy, he provides strategic counsel on cross-border transactions and multi-jurisdictional matters.

Philip has gained significant experience assisting domestic, international clients and families in complex transactions and corporate structures involving multiple jurisdictions, particularly between Italy, Portugal and Brazil. Before joining LEXIA, he spent nearly two years at an international law firm, where he supported the Milan and Portuguese offices and played a key role in the LatAm Desk, advising Brazilian entrepreneurs with interests in Europe and European investors entering the Brazilian market, further building on prior experience gained in Brazil in corporate and tax matters.

At LEXIA, before joining the LEXIA PRIVATE division, he first spent one year in the Foreign Direct Investment and Corporate Services team advising international clients in their business expansions into Italy.
