Overview

Rebecca Placchi is an Associate at LEXIA Corporate Services and works in the Foreign Direct Investments & Corporate Services Team. LEXIA Corporate Services is a strategic division of the firm dedicated to providing integrated support to businesses throughout every stage of their life cycle.

Rebecca has developed specific expertise in civil and corporate law, advising both domestic and international clients on their Italian (inbound) investments from company set-up procedures to related legal, corporate and regulatory matters.

Rebecca graduated in Law from the University of Milan in 2023, following a professional experience as a judicial assistant at the Supervisory Court of Milan.

Before joining LEXIA, she gained significant experience in Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) field providing assistance with dispute resolution.

Assistance to one of the main innovative digital real estate agency aiming to simplify the real estate buying and selling process by leveraging technology and eliminating traditional commission fees.
