Stefania joined LEXIA in the Litigation & Arbitration practice, after a long collaboration with other first-rate law firm in Milan.
Graduated with full credit from Bocconi University and admitted to the Italian Bar Association since 2021, she has gained significant experience in dispute resolution and litigation, including cross-border disputes, specializing in civil and commercial litigation relating to construction contracts, commercial distribution agreements, including luxury goods, agency and franchising agreements, as well as real estate and leasing matters.
Stefania is involved in numerous multi-jurisdictional disputes, also dealing with the enforcement of foreign judgments in Italy, and co-managing multidisciplinary work with criminal lawyers, foreign lawyers, economists, experts, and consultants.
In recent years, she has been part of the defense team for several multinational companies of renowned brands in the luxury and fashion industry, in cases and legal matters involving antitrust, intellectual property law and damages, licensing and commercial issues, as well as leading engineering design and project management companies and EPC general contractors.
In addition, Stefania also provides assistance in the pre-litigation and contract negotiation phases, with a view to limiting the arising of disputes, and she is familiar with crisis and insolvency law, thus ensuring assistance to clients even in the negotiation phase of existing commercial relationships with companies in crisis and/or in insolvency procedures.
Stefania is a member of the Bocconi Alumni Community (BAC).
