Stefania has extensive experience in managing multi-jurisdictional and cross-border disputes, including the enforcement of foreign judgments in Italy. Her practice also involves strategic pre-litigation advisory and contract negotiation aimed at dispute prevention, as well as providing legal support to clients dealing with counterparts in insolvency or crisis procedures. She graduated with honors from Bocconi University and, prior to joining LEXIA, collaborated with leading law firms in Milan.
