Virginia Accardi is a professional in the Capital Markets department at the Milan office. She provides legal assistance to domestic and international companies, in navigating the complexities of capital markets, supporting corporate transactions and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Before joining LEXIA, Virginia built a strong foundation in Criminal Law, within a leading boutique law firm in Turin, focusing particularly on corporate and tax criminal law. This experience allowed her to develop a multidisciplinary approach in managing corporate legal risks and to refine her ability to handle complex matters.

Virginia holds a Law degree from the University of Turin and broadened her international perspective through the Erasmus+ program at the Universidad de San Andrés in Buenos Aires.
