Milan, 21 January 2022 – Lexia Avvocati has assisted Patrick Conor Mcguigan and Aldo Giretti in the set-up of a Joint Venture with Pelion Green Future Gamma GmbH for the construction of new renewable energy plants in Italy with a capacity of approximately 1 GW.

Lexia was represented by a team led by Partner Marco Muscettola, head of the firm’s Energy Department, along with Associates Giuseppe Andrea D’Alessio and Andrea Zecchini for corporate law matters, and by the Partner Fabrizio Giglio for Labour Law aspects.

Pelion was assisted by Chiomenti with a team composed by Partner Edoardo Canetta Rossi and Associates Matteo Berti and Maria Vittoria Morrone.
