LEXIA assisted Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane S.p.A. with a team led by Partners Renato Giallombardo, Luca Spagna, and Marco Martinelli in negotiating the contractual agreements related to the investment in Niulinx. This investment is part of a fundraising round worth a total of 38 million euros, aimed at supporting the development of the autonomous driving sector.
Niulinx, originally an offshoot of the AIDA research group at the Politecnico di Milano, is a cutting-edge company in the autonomous driving industry. The company develops advanced technological solutions covering the entire technology stack, from environmental perception to remote fleet management, combining research and technological innovation.
The investment round will enable Niulinx to complete the European homologation process, expand its team, and launch a franchising model in key European markets, marking a significant step in its growth and the expansion of autonomous mobility globally.
