Milan, 7 October 2019 – Lexia Avvocati has consolidated its corporate practice with the appointment of Piero Marchelli as Of Counsel.

Mr. Marchelli boasts an extensive experience in M&A and Corporate Law, both in the field of company acquisitions and shareholdings and in day-to-day activities, especially in commercial contracts, loans and property transactions sectors.

He is a Statutory Auditor in a number of leading companies, as well as a member of the Supervisory Board in major international companies.

He has collaborated on several corporate law publications and is a regular speaker at specialist conferences. He has been member of the Editorial Committee of the online magazine “L’Avvoc@to”.

Before joining LEXIA Avvocati, he worked at leading international law firms, holding the position of Equity Partner at Pirola Pennuto Zei & Partners from 2008 to 2018.

Whit Mr. Marchelli, the number of lawyers of the law firm, established in 2016 by Alessandro and Francesco Dagnino and Vincenzo Sanasi D’Arpe, reaches the 43 units.
