Milan, June 9, 2020 – LEXIA Avvocati assisted TAS International AG, a Swiss subsidiary of  TAS S.p.A. listed on the MTA of Borsa Italiana, in the acquisition of the entire share capital of Infraxis AG, a leading Swiss company in the digital payments sector, both in the Swiss and German markets.

The total value of the acquisition is Euro 18 million and will be paid partly in cash and partly through shares of TAS International.

The closing of the transaction is envisaged by the end of June 2020.

TAS group was assisted by LEXIA Avvocati for the legal aspects under Italian law with a team composed of Partners Francesco Dagnino and Andrea Cazzani and Senior Associates Aurora Agostini and Alessandro Guarino, Kellerhals-Carrard Lugano SA for the legal aspects of Swiss law and KPMG as financial advisor.
