Milan, 17 June 2020 – LEXIA Avvocati assisted the innovative start-up Energia Positiva in the acquisition of 100% of PMM Energy S.r.l., owner of 6 solar power plants located between Piemonte and Lombardia Region, for an installed capacity of 3.5 MWp.

The transaction, the largest undertaken so far by the young Turin-based company, is part of its ambitious growth project, as stated by President Alberto Gastaldo.

Energia Positiva aims to further expand its offer to the public, focusing on an increasingly consistent participation by citizens, offering them the opportunity to become producers of 100% renewable energy through the subscription of new shares (corresponding to portions of the plants acquired).

This way, the company intends to satisfy the requests of those many citizens who, living in urban and condominium contexts, have no chance to participate in the renewable energy world and therefore to reduce their annual energy costs.

The aim is to increase the current social base, now consisting of more than 440 citizens from 17 Italian regions, and to achieve an even higher capital collection compared to 2019 (more than € 2.2 million collected).
