Milan, 2nd November 2020 – LEXIA Avvocati with partner heading the energy department Marco Muscettola, Senior Associate Alessandro Guarino and Associate Giuseppe Andrea D’Alessio, assisted BNL bank in refunding the project financing regarding a wind farm owned by Torretta Wind. The wind farm, toghether with the one in Bisaccia (overall 16 MW) has been sold from Maresca Group to Cubico Diana, a company operating in the renewable energy infrastructures sector.

Maresca Group was assisted by Chiomenti legal firm, together with the general counsel Dario Barbetta.
