Milan, 31 August 2021 – Lexia Avvocati assisted TAS Group S.P.A., a leading Italian listed company active in the supply of software and services for banking and financial applications, also operating in Europe and America, in the signing of a binding agreement for the acquisition of 55% of the share capital of EliData S.p.A., a company active in the development of IT solutions for the financial industry, with headquarters in Castiglione D’Adda (Lodi).

EliData, a company employing 33 people, closed the 2020 financial year with a total turnover of approximately Euro 4.6 million and an EBITDA margin of 39.8%.

The acquisition will be finalized through a capital contribution in kind reserved to TAS to be paid through the transfer by the latter of its Capital Market business unit and the purchase by TAS of a shareholding equal to 3.3% of Elidata’s share capital on the basis of the shareholders’ participations following the execution of the capital increase.
