Milan, March 16, 2022 – Lexia Avvocati, with Managing Partner Francesco Dagnino, Senior Associate Andrea Massimo Maroni and Associate Giovanni Piscopo for the legal, regulatory and contractual aspects, as well as Partner Alessandro Borsetto for the tax aspects, assisted Fenice S.r.l., a special purpose vehicle participated by Hoop Capital S.r.l., the independent investment holding Palladio Holding S.p.A. and a group of investors, in the transaction that led to the acquisition by Fenice S.r.l. of a minority stake in the share capital of Tesmec S.p.A., a multinational company operating in the energy, trencher and railway segments and listed on Euronext Star Milan of the Italian Stock Exchange.
