Milan, June 24, 2022 – Lexia Avvocati assisted Vespera Energy, a leading Italian operator active in the development of renewable energy plants, in the acquisition of two photovoltaic projects with a peak capacity of 110 MW.

The legal aspects of the transaction were followed by Vespera Energy’s internal structures, assisted by Lexia Avvocati. The firm took care of the drafting and finalization of all contractual and corporate documentation related to the transaction, with a multidisciplinary team coordinated by Partner Marco Muscettola and composed for corporate law aspects by Giuseppe Andrea D’Alessio and Andrea Zecchini, for administrative law aspects by Pinella Altiero, Beatrice Buntin and Nicoletta Bezzi, and for tax issues by a team coordinated by Partner Alessandro Borsetto and composed of Daniele Scalvinoni and Antonio Iorio.
