Milan, July 4, 2022 – Lexia Avvocati assisted Q-Energy – a leading international investment fund operator focused on renewable energy, energy transition and sustainable infrastructure – and L&P Holding – a company founded and managed by Ludovico Lombardi, an entrepreneur with 20 years of experience in the sector, and active in the development of renewable energy plants – in the establishment of a 50:50 joint venture to develop renewable energy plants in Italy with a maximum capacity of 1GW.

The legal aspects of the transaction were followed by L&P Holding’s internal structures and Q-Energy Italia’s general counsel Giuseppe Pizzuto, both assisted by Lexia Avvocati. The firm took care of the drafting and finalization of all contractual and corporate documentation related to the creation of the joint venture, with a team composed of Partner Marco Muscettola and Senior Associate Fabio Luongo.

The structuring of the transaction as a whole was handled by Luciano Garofano, partner of the advisory firm MFZ.
