A member of LEXIA since 2020, Marco regularly assists primary operators with particular reference to operations, project finance, acquisition finance, corporate finance, and real estate finance. In the corporate sector, he provides assistance with extraordinary operations such as acquisitions and disposals of companies and shareholdings, as well as transformations, mergers, splits, reorganizations and internationalization processes.
He has gained significant and recognized experience in the renewable and traditional energy market by providing stable assistance to primary financing institutions and sponsors for financing, investment, acquisition, and project development operations in the energy sector.
Noted among the emerging professionals in the sector in 2014, over the following years he was awarded nationally and internationally both as an individual professional (finance and corporate) and in relation to the operations for which he provided assistance.
He became a lawyer in 2004 and a member of the Supreme Court of Cassation in 2019. He is an expert in civil law, commercial law, and competition and market law. He collaborates with the Gabriele d’Annunzio University in Pescara (Faculty of Economics – Department of Private Law). He is the author of articles in various subjects of civil and corporate law as well as a speaker at conferences.
Before joining LEXIA he carried out his professional activity in Italy and abroad, also as a partner, in leading national and international firms.
