Mattia regularly assists Italian and foreign private equity operators in structured corporate transactions, such as joint ventures, company acquisitions and sales, co-development agreements, etc., following all phases of the process, from confidentiality commitments to non-disclosure agreements binding agreements (LoI, TS, MoU), from due diligence to the negotiation and stipulation of binding agreements (SPA and SHA), up to post-closing activities.
Over the last 5 years he has gained particular experience in the world of energy, having assisted primary international players active in the gas, solar and wind sectors.
Mattia has collaborated with leading law firms specializing in the commercial and corporate field and has spent secondment periods both abroad (USA) and in Italy (with one of the major European operators in the energy sector).
