Track records
On behalf of an important Italian ICT company, we dealt with the acquisition of a majority stake in the share capital of a company active in the development of IT solutions for the financial sector.
We supported an innovative Italian platform that acquires, creates and develops D2C brands internationally, in the acquisition of a business unit of a company active in the online business sector.
We were responsible for establishing a corporate joint venture for the development of renewable energy plants on behalf of a major international investment fund operator focused on renewable energy.
