Hoop Club plans to deploy 30 million euros over the next 3 years in the small-cap listed company market through the club deal approach, utilizing an activist investment in public equity (AIPE) strategy. The goal is to promote the strategic and sustainable development of companies that are currently undervalued by institutional investors but present very attractive valuations.
