LEXIA advised Eurotech S.p.A. on the acquisition of the entire share capital of Eurotech Manufacturing Services S.r.l., a company into which VEM Solutions S.p.A. had previously contributed a business unit specialising in the production of electronic boards and systems.
The transaction forms part of Eurotech’s strategy to strengthen its industrial platform and will enable the group to further integrate technological, engineering and manufacturing expertise, consolidating its ability to offer Made in Europe solutions.
LEXIA advised on all legal aspects of the transaction with a team comprising Managing Partner Francesco Dagnino, Partner Luca Spagna and Associate Valentina Turato for the M&A aspects, and Partner Andrea Massimo Maroni for the Capital Markets aspects.
