Valentina Turato is an Associate at LEXIA, where she primarily focuses on corporate law, M&A, Private Equity and Venture Capital, with extensive experience in Italian and cross-border transactions.
Valentina advises national and international clients on M&A, Private Equity and Venture Capital transactions across various industries, providing legal support in the structuring, management and negotiation of such transactions.
During her academic career, she also completed a study period abroad at the Freie Universität Berlin as part of an international programme.
Before joining LEXIA, Valentina gained significant experience at leading Italian law firms, where she developed her expertise in corporate and M&A transactions.
