Milan, Sept. 7, 2022 – Lexia Avvocati assisted Dove.it, the first digital real estate agency in Italy, in its capital increase transaction worth €3 million. The transaction was led by Azimut, one of the leading independent asset management operators in Europe, through the vehicle AZ Eltif – Alicrowd.

Founded in December 2018 with the aim of innovating the real estate sector by focusing on the use of technology and the best professionals in the area, Dove.it supports those who want to sell and buy houses through the use of digital tools, online marketing, big data and artificial intelligence. Founded and led by CEO Paolo Facchetti, it had already received a first round of investment from prominent Italian angel investors in 2019. Today it is active in more than 50 Italian cities.

The amount raised will be used to expand the sales network in the territory, enhance the suite of internally developed software, and scale the business model. In addition, great emphasis will be placed on training the sales network, as well as opening additional lines of business and new hybrid branches, which are digital but physically open to the public.

The Lexia team that assisted Dove.it consisted of Managing Partner Francesco Dagnino, Senior Associate Fabio Luongo and Associate Stefano Corrà for all aspects related to the drafting and negotiation of contract documents.
