LEXIA, with Partner Angelo Messore and Senior Associate Federico Bonardi, provided assistance to the legal team of Scalapay, composed of Andrea Sorace and Alberto Junior Tucci, in concluding a partnership agreement with Deutsche Bank Italy for the distribution of innovative consumer credit solutions.
This is a strategic partnership through which Scalapay, a leading Italian FinTech company in the Buy-Now-Pay-Later (BNPL) sector, will expand installment payment options on its platform by offering Deutsche Bank Italy’s consumer credit products, up to a maximum of 36 installments and for amounts up to 15,000 euros.
