LEXIA assisted Alkemia Capital Partners SGR S.p.A. in the acquisition of a stake in the share capital of Circle S.p.A., a listed company active in the development of innovative solutions in the field of digitalisation and interoperability of logistics and port systems.
The transaction was carried out by Alkemia Capital Partners SGR on behalf of the “PIPE” (Private Investment in Public Equity) fund, an investment vehicle focused on listed companies with high growth and innovation potential, particularly in the technology and energy-tech sectors.
The investment is part of a broader trend of increasing interest from institutional investors in transactions involving listed companies with a strong technological focus, combining access to capital markets with support for industrial development.
LEXIA advised Alkemia Capital Partners SGR throughout all phases of the transaction with a multidisciplinary team led by Managing Partner Francesco Dagnino, supported by Partner Stefano Corrà and Associate Giorgia Pignatelli.
