Michele Mennoia has been responsible for LEXIA’s litigation practice since joining the firm in September 2020. Since 2024, he has also held the role of Partner.
He obtained a master’s degree in law from the University of Bologna and a specialization diploma from the specialization school for the legal professions at the University Cattolica del Sacro Cuore of Milan. He is registered with the Milan Bar Association.
Michele regularly assists Italian and foreign clients in civil, financial and corporate disputes before judicial authorities, in arbitration and ADR (alternative dispute resolution). He has gained significant experience in the aforementioned subjects as well as in the field of product recall by collaborating with Studio Chiomenti in Milan.
He speaks Italian and English.
