Silvia joined LEXIA in 2025 as Partner to lead the department of litigation and arbitration since the beginning.
She specializes in litigation and dispute resolution, particularly with cross-border elements, gaining a nation-wide reputation in managing commercial, corporate, post-M&A, financial, insurance, and competition law disputes.
She provides continuous assistance to family officers, real estate and investment funds, leading manufacturers, financial operators, and even foreign governmental bodies/public authorities in complex and often multi-jurisdictional litigations.
In addition to representing her clients in contentious matters, both judicial and extrajudicial, she supports them in the contractual issues, with a critical approach aimed at preventing and mitigating the risks arising from relevant operations.
She graduated in Law at LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome and was admitted to the Italian bar in 2009. She is also part of the High Courts Italian bar.
She has enhanced her education with studies in France, Spain, and in the United States, lastly completing the Program on Negotiation for Executives at Harvard Law School, in 2018.
She worked for many years at Legance – Avvocati Associati after starting her professional career in the Diplomatic and Treaties Litigation Dept. at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and at Allen & Overy LLP (Rome office).
She is ranked in Chambers Legal Europe 2024 as “up & coming individual” for litigation.
