Irene Stranieri is an Associate at LEXIA Corporate Services and is a member of the Foreign Direct Investments & Corporate Services team. She primarily focuses on civil and corporate law, assisting clients with inbound investments in Italy and related corporate and regulatory matters.
She assists national and international clients throughout the entire investment process, from company incorporation procedures to the management of legal, corporate, and regulatory aspects, providing comprehensive legal support tailored to business needs.
Irene has developed experience in legal advisory across civil and commercial law, with a particular focus on corporate matters. Her practice includes corporate governance, contractual matters. She also advised on compliance matters related to collective investment schemes (OICR) and has gained experience in notarial transactions.
During her academic career, she conducted research in commercial law, partially carried out in England, further strengthening her international legal perspective.
Before joining LEXIA, Irene gained broad experience in civil, corporate, and financial markets law through various professional engagements.
