His practice focuses on the preparation of financial statements, the filing of tax returns, and the management of compliance obligations with the Italian Tax Authority (Agenzia delle Entrate) and the Companies Register (Registro Imprese). He has also developed expertise in extraordinary transactions, with particular focus on Due Diligence activities.
