Stefano boasts significant experience in strategic and legal consulting for the full range of extraordinary transactions, including acquisitions, mergers, demergers, and corporate reorganizations. In these areas, he handles the structuring, negotiation, and execution of complex merger and acquisition transactions, providing strategic and legal advice ranging from due diligence to drafting contractual documentation, and covering post-closing regulatory compliance aspects for national and international clients across diverse sectors.

Stefano regularly speaks at conferences and industry events, where he shares his expertise on corporate law, extraordinary transactions, and M&A, contributing to legal debate and professional training.

During his academic career, he conducted legal research as a Visiting Researcher at Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, boosting his negotiation techniques, trial advocacy skills, and expertise in corporate and commercial arbitration, as well as the distinctive features of U.S. M&A transactions and cross‑border deals.
