Alessia obtained a degree in Law from the University of Milan in July 2022 with a thesis in Tax Law entitled: “The synthetic indices of fiscal reliability: between tax compliance and standardized assessments“.
In his work he deals with the drafting of due diligence reports relating to the analysis of the constraints of land potentially suitable for the installation of RES plants; in this regard he has developed expertise in using the Qgis tool. His work also consists of drafting legal opinions on landscape authorizations and environmental procedures, as well as compiling a monthly report containing the main regulatory and jurisprudential developments in the energy sector.
Before starting his collaboration with LEXIA, he carried out his legal practice for 6 months during his university years, and then continued his ordinary practice for 12 months in a legal boutique in Milan specializing in Energy, Environment and Administrative Law.
He works in the Energy Team and mainly deals with renewable energy and administrative law.
She has been registered with the Milan Bar Association since June 2024.
He speaks Italian and English.
