Annachiara Mastellone joined LEXIA in 2025 as a Senior Associate.
She specializes in corporate law, M&A, extraordinary transactions, private equity, and venture capital, regularly assisting both Italian and foreign operators.
Specifically, she provides legal advice on the structuring and management of acquisition and investment transactions, handling the drafting, review, and negotiation of SPAs, investment agreements, and shareholders’ agreements. She also assists clients in preparing corporate documentation related to extraordinary transactions, conducting due diligence, and coordinating the corporate and contractual aspects of the deal.
Annachiara has also gained experience in the drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts and regularly assists in venture capital transactions, supporting investment rounds in startups and innovative SMEs.
Additionally, she has significant experience in acquisition transactions in the energy sector, having handled numerous M&A deals involving companies in the renewable energy sector, focusing on corporate and contractual aspects.
Previously, she collaborated with leading Italian and international law firms specializing in M&A and corporate law, building solid experience in extraordinary transactions, corporate governance, and commercial contracting.
She holds a master’s degree in law from the University of Naples Federico II and a second-level Master’s in “Business Law” from LUISS Guido Carli University, graduating with top honors. She is a member of the Rome Bar.
She speaks Italian, English, and Spanish.
