Annachiara provides legal advice on the structuring and management of acquisition and investment operations, handling the drafting, review, and negotiation of SPAs, investment agreements, and shareholders’ agreements. She has significant experience in the Energy sector, having managed the corporate and contractual profiles of numerous M&A transactions involving companies active in renewable energy. Before joining LEXIA, she collaborated with leading Italian and international law firms, gaining solid expertise in corporate governance and commercial contracting.
