Luca joined LEXIA in 2025 as a Partner. He is an expert in mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, corporate and commercial law, with twenty years of experience in the acquisition and disposal of shares and assets, particularly in leveraged buyout and private equity transactions with the assistance of both Italian and foreign funds. He regularly drafts acquisition agreements, shareholder agreements, and commercial contracts, as well as managing corporate activities (such as organizing meetings and board sessions, overseeing control bodies, drafting minutes, etc.). Luca is also recognized as an expert in the venture capital market, particularly in areas related to investments in startups and research spin-offs, intellectual property agreements, and more, having handled multiple transactions in the sector.
Previously, Luca worked for 20 years in the M&A/Corporate department of the international law firm Gianni & Origoni, and later at the legal and tax firm EY, where he developed particular expertise in accounting and tax matters.
Luca graduated in Law from the “L.U.I.S.S. Guido Carli” University in 2001 and completed a specialization course in “American and International Law” at the Center for American and International Law (Plano, Texas, USA). He is a member of the Rome Bar. He speaks Italian, English, and French.
