With over twenty years of experience, Luca Spagna is a distinguished expert in Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate Governance, and Corporate and Commercial Law. He has a proven track record in the acquisition and disposal of shares and assets, with a particular focus on high-stakes leveraged buyout (LBO) and private equity transactions involving both Italian and international funds.

Luca is also a recognized authority in the Venture Capital market. He has navigated numerous transactions involving investments in startups, research spin-offs, and complex intellectual property agreements. Before joining LEXIA, Luca spent two decades in the M&A/Corporate department of the international law firm Gianni & Origoni, followed by a tenure at EY, where he integrated his legal practice with deep expertise in accounting and tax matters.
