Martina Iacono graduated from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan with a master’s degree in law.
Previously, she joined the M&A team of a leading national and international tax advisory firm from 2022 to April 2024, gaining experience in corporate law and extraordinary transactions.
She supported domestic and international clients and private equity funds in corporate – M&A transactions, providing legal advice in the structuring, management and negotiation of extraordinary transactions.
Also, she has developed knowledge in the area of contracting in general, dealing with the drafting of license agreements, provision of services and review of compliance models of individuals and legal entities.
She speaks Italian, English and Spanish, French and Portuguese.
