Elmira is a Partner at LEXIA, leading the Foreign Direct Investment & Corporate Services, Real Estate & Trust teams, as well as coordinating the UAE Desk. Since joining the firm in 2019, she has been assisting Italian and international clients with their global expansion strategies, providing expertise in corporate law, trademark protection, and the export control of dual-use products.
Throughout her career, she has developed extensive experience in the startup and foreign investment sectors, supporting entrepreneurs and companies in the establishment and launch of new ventures. Additionally, she assists private clients in real estate transactions, wealth planning, and the creation of family and purpose trusts.
In 2022, she was recognized by the M&A Awards as Lawyer of the Year for Start-Ups & Venture Capital.
Before joining LEXIA, Elmira gained significant experience at renowned national and international law firms, both in Italy and abroad. She is a qualified lawyer and speaks Italian, English, Farsi, and has a basic knowledge of Arabic.
